For firms, businesses, and professionals serving people acting under a Power of Attorney.

What the directory is

The POA Caregiver™ Directory is where people serving under a Power of Attorney — and the families and professionals around them — find vetted help for the responsibilities the role creates. It is organized by the needs of the agent and by state, and it is reached from the POA Caregiver website, state editions, member resources, and program materials. Listings are limited to services an agent needs: elder-law and estate attorneys, financial and fiduciary advisors, tax preparers, senior living, home care and hospice, senior move managers, estate-sale services, and account-access and technology help.

Who this listing is for

Firms, businesses, and individual professionals who want a listing in front of the families we educate. Completing The POA Caregiver Professional Program qualifies a professional to be listed; the directory listing itself is a separate program with its own fee and terms, whether or not you have completed the program.

What is included — $5,000 per year

Listing. A directory profile with your name, category, service area (states and counties), description, contact details, website link, and logo.

Placement. Placement in your category and every state you serve, and on the phase pages of The 5 Phases of the POA Journey™ where your category is relevant (for example, elder-law attorneys at ESTABLISH; senior move managers at ACT).

Referral reporting. A quarterly report of directory views and referral clicks to your listing.

Member visibility. Inclusion in the member resource library and, where relevant, in state edition resource pages as they are published.

Listing mark. A "Listed in the POA Caregiver Directory" mark for your website and materials, for use while the listing is active.

Spotlight. One partner spotlight in the POA Caregiver newsletter during the listing year.

Standards and review

Every listing is reviewed against published criteria before approval and at each annual renewal: licensure or registration in good standing where applicable; services relevant to people acting under a Power of Attorney; agreement to the POA Caregiver Code of Conduct, including no solicitation of members outside the directory and no misrepresentation of the listing as an endorsement. POA Caregiver LLC may decline any application and may remove a listing that no longer meets the criteria; a prorated refund applies to removals not caused by the listed party.

Term, renewal, and cancellation

Term

Twelve months from approval. Fee is due at approval; the listing goes live on payment.

Renewal

Annual, at the rate in effect at renewal; you will receive your referral report and a renewal notice 60 days before term end.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time; the listing remains live through the end of the paid term. No refund for early cancellation by the listed party.

Changes

Update your profile at any time; category or service-area changes are reviewed against the criteria.

How to apply

Apply at poacaregiver.com/directory. At signup you provide the details that make up your listing: business name, industry, phone number, business address, service area (states and counties), website, and your logo — plus licensure details where applicable. Payment follows once your application is submitted; your listing goes live after review and payment. Applications are reviewed within ten business days.

What a listing is not

A listing is a paid placement. It is not an endorsement, referral, recommendation, or guarantee by POA Caregiver LLC, and it does not imply that POA Caregiver has evaluated the quality of any service. Families choose freely; POA Caregiver receives no fee from any engagement that results from a listing.
